1 Global Abstract Format
The official language of the Congress is English. Your entire abstract (including the title, authors and text) is limited to 1 page. Follow the format of the abstract template for formatting your abstract. Automatic hyphenation should be turned off. Use a 12 point Times Roman font. Italics are required for gene names, superscripts for units. Do not use subheadings.

1.1Title
The length is limited to 15 words. Use a short title that accurately describes your presentation's content. Capitalize all words except articles, conjunctions, and  prepositions.

1.2 Authors and address
Write the authors’ names and the address including institution, city and country. If there are multiple authors with the same address, list names then the address. If the authors are from multiple addresses, list the name and address for each author in series. For the principal author, give picture, a short CV (1 page max.) and 5 major publications as well as email address, that participants may contact for more information.

1.3 Abstract
The abstract should summarize your presentation's basic content. More specifically, it should contain four parts describing the background, the methods, the results, and the conclusions. The maximum number is 300 words but this does not include title and authors. Please do not include Figures and Tables.

2. Submission
After your submission, you will be receiving by email a confirmation number.
All abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific comity. The notification of type of presentation (oral or poster) will be sent out by the 30th of March 2009. If you need to modify or cancel your abstract, please inform the Secretariat with your confirmation number at the email address below:

No modifications or cancellations will be accepted after the 15th of March 2009, at 5 pm.

All abstracts will be included within a conference book, without further editing. Thus, please take care to respect the format recommendation before submitting your abstract.
